About the Event

This evening’s activities are kicked off with a talk from a St John Ambulance paramedic on our response to the Covid pandemic. Attendees will then be given first aid training and a tour around the museum, finishing with a glass of wine.

About:

St John Ambulance volunteers have given over one million hours of frontline care during the COVID-19 pandemic. This work includes, but is by no means limited to, critical care given in the Nightingale hospitals, vital patient transport and a leading role in helping to deliver vaccines to the public as part of the national response to combat COVID-19.

St John Gateway look forward to hosting an evening to hear some firsthand accounts of the St John Ambulance’s response to the pandemic and to also give us a chance to thank them for their contribution. There will be the opportunity for you to brush up on your first…
